Below is a list of rules that we ask be followed during auctions. These rules are to help cut down on some of the chaos that can occur during auctions.
1. All pets and mounts are to be shrunken or stabled during the auction. There is a stable master at the auction house for those of you who do not have pet leashes.
2. All bids are to be made using the [c command. any bids that are made NOT using [c will not be considered an actual bid.
3. If you are taking part in the auction we ask that you use guild chat (guild chat is done using either the \ key or the [g command) This helps keep the onscreen chatter to a minimum so that staff can keep bids in their journals.
4. Once you are announced as the winner of an item please step up to the rail in front of the auctioneers assistant and place your gold check(s) on the table and the auctioneers assistant will give you a bag with your bid winning item in it.
5. There is a banker at the auction house. Please pay for your items with checks NOT with loose gold.
6. Once the auction is over we will assist players with purchases that may need to be transfered, blessed, bonded or turned in for items. We will ask that you form lines in front of the staff members and be patient with us as this can sometimes take a little time to complete.
