This is for all you Guild players. We have said that when you have 5 active players you may ask for a guild house. A guild house is any empty building in Tram or Fel or says counslers guild on it. So all Guild leaders may look for one they may like to have so when you have those 5 members you can request your house. Just page staff.

With these guild houses are we going to be able to have lockdowns for storage, also will we be able to use deeded items, and how much do they cost?

Yes you will have lock downs just like in your house and if possible even some outside like a yard. Guild house's do not cost anything they are given free but you must maintain 5 active members to keep them. If the house has a flat roof and you would like to use that also then we can add teleporters for 50k.
