How about a room with about 6 or 8 NPCs arranged in a circle. Space them out so that a player can stand in the center of this circle. The player could then macro Begging from each NPC. A success attempt would generate a sympathetic comment from the NPC. A failure results in an insult from the NPC. So, no item is gained just skill points.
The NPCs could be sitting in chairs surrounding a table. The player could then stand on the table and practice.
Maybe only random insults to reduce the text.
