Radiant Scimitar and special moves

The special moves for the Radiant Scimitar like whirlwind and blade weave do not work currently on my character who has the Gm swords there should be no other pre req for it because it works fine with the double ax with out lumber jack

You most likely have already discovered this, but it is instructive for people who haven't: Radient scimitar special moves require swordsmanship AND tactics in order to work.
