DO NOT forget we have autojail for bad language. We have books that list the words and phrases that will get you jailed, if you would like one please page staff and request a jailword book.
If you get sent to jail you must mine one thousand pieces of jail rock. Mining skill is not needed to mine jail rock so even if your mining skill is 0.0 you will still be able to mine the stone. I suggest creating a last object last target hotkey through either options on your paperdoll or through razor. Mine near the mountain entrance.
If you stand around and do not mine the rock your character will remain in jail until you mine the rock. The more time you waste the longer you will be in jail.
Do not log off your jailed character and log into another one to play because your original character will remain in jail until you mine the rock.
If you stand around and whine and cry in open chat about being in jail staff will squelch you and you will not be unsquelched until you have collected all the jail rock you need to be unjailed. Just a side note - logging out and back in DOES NOT unsquelch you ONLY staff can unsquelch you period.
Leaving jail in any manner other than turning in jail rock is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to having players use spells to gate you out, using the [myhouses command or any other way. THIS IS AN EXPLOITATION PERIOD AND WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH. Anyone found to be using an exploitation to leave jail will find their account banned for 7 full days (168 hours), if it happens a second time your account will be permanently banned.
Staff is NOT allowed to unjail a player that has been jailed for cursing. IF you can be provide proof that you are in there through an honest typo we will consider releasing you early.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ANYONE JAILED TWICE IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD FOR LANGUAGE (other than honest typos) WILL BE BANNED FOR 2 DAYS/48 HOURS! IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN YOU WILL BE BANNED FOR 7 DAYS/168 HOURS. THE THIRD TIME YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!!! THIS IS A FAMILY SHARD AND WE HAVE CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS THAT PLAY HERE. I EXPECT EVERYONE TO BE RESPECTFUL TO EACH OTHER AND TO STAFF!!! IF YOU CANNOT LIVE WITH THIS RULE THEN THIS IS NOT THE SHARD FOR YOU!!
