Jail system update

We have added to the jail system. Staff will no longer unjail anyone for using foul language. You will be auto released after you have stayed the amount of time set for the crime you did. You may use the following to tell you how long you will be jailed and the time it is for server. "jailtime" - say this in jail and it will tell you how long you are jailed and why
"what time is it" - tells you the current time...use these without the quotes. Be warned watch those fingers as you will remain in jail for the duration of time set.
