Okay everyone I have noticed that only a select few players are voting but all active accounts are receiving Vote Pool Checks. I created the Vote Pool as an incentive to keep players active, keep us within the TOP 10 on all of the vote sites that we are listed on, and to help grow the playerbase. We should not have to issue a challenge each month to get players to vote. While voting is NOT a requirement to play I do believe that if you enjoy playing on the shard and would like to see more players here then we need to make sure that we all vote every day. Please make sure you check the Vote Pool Rankings on the Wiki at least every other day so that you can see for yourself in one location where we stand on all vote sites.
At the end of June we were at:
First Place = 1 site
Top 5 = 3 sites
Top 10 = 1 site
12th Place = 1 site
Today it is July 19th at 7:30 am and this is where we stand:
Top 5 = 2 sites
Top 10 = 1 site
12th Place = 1 site
20th Place = 1 site.
One site has not reset votes.
In my opinion this is a HUGE fall and it is very disheartening. If there is something we need to do to try to improve the shard please let us know. If there is something specific you would like to see happen let us know. If you have quest ideas LET US KNOW!!
You can PM Gwen or myself right here on the forums, or post ideas in the Suggestions or Quest Ideas section of the forums. These sections were created so that the players would have a voice in the direction they wanted the shard to go but those areas have been very, very quiet lately. Please do not PM suggestions or quest ideas in game as these can actually be lost in the system if our mailboxes get full.
