Ideas for Quests

We would like some input from players for quest ideas. Something you all might like to see added to the game.

I would just love to see the quest for the cape of virtue added, seeing as how noone on the shard has one yet, becuse the despise champ isnt giving.

That would be "Gareth the Emissary of the RBC" quest. I checked and the NPC that starts the quest wasn't spawned. Maybe that's all that needs to happen.

We seem to be missing that fellow and I dont know where to get him. Yes we will put in some kind of quest for this item being as it is not dropping in the Barra champ.
